How to Obtain a Seventy Six VIP Card

1. All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to qualify for membership in the Seventy Six VIP card program at participating locations.
2. Members may sign up with the bartender.
3. Photo identification will be required for membership registration, activation, and point redemptions and for obtaining any information with respect to a Seventy Six VIP account.
4. Acceptable forms of photo identification are as follows: state-issued driver’s license, state-issued ID card, government-issued passport, military ID, or a government-issued green card.
   

   Seventy Six VIP Points

1. Seventy Six VIP points are earned by members at participating locations in accordance with their gaming activity and the amount of VIP points earned will vary depending on the model of the gaming device played. Station Casinos may revise the method for earning points in its sole discretion for either individual Seventy Six VIP members or all VIP members. The current schedule for earning points on cash or credit spend is available below:
   1.a. Earn one (1) base point for every $2 of coin-in on video poker and multi-game boxes, video blackjack unless otherwise designated.
   1.b. Earn one (1) base point for every $1 of coin-in on video reel, reel slot and stand-alone keno unless otherwise designated.1.c. Earn zero (0) base point on designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack. 
2. All points in an account that have not been redeemed may be subject to forfeiture if no gaming activity has occurred on the account based on the following rules:

2.a. Points are redeemable for at least 365 days from the date they were earned for local accounts.
2.b. “Local account” is defined as an account where Seventy Six VIP member has a current address updated in their account and are a Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City or Pahrump resident.
2.c. Any gaming transactions where your Seventy Six VIP is used to earn points on designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, and video blackjack. Station Casinos may revise the method for earning points in its sole discretion for either individual Seventy Six VIP members or all Seventy Six VIP members

3. The Seventy Six VIP Card must be inserted in a slot machine’s card reader to record play and earn points. Seventy Six VIP card bezel must be solid green to accurately record points. If the card reader displays “please re-insert”, the reader is no longer recording machine play. The card must then be removed and re-inserted to work properly. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that when playing with his/her Seventy Six VIP card that the card is tracking his/her play and that the bezel around his/her Seventy Six card is solid green.
4. Program points may be redeemed for Slot Play. The redemption of one thousand (1,000) points is equivalent to $1 in redemption value. This ratio may be revised by Station Casinos in its sole discretion for either individual Seventy Six VIP members or all Seventy Six VIP members.
5. Slot Play will require a photo identification and/or personal identification number (“PIN”) in order to redeem and/or utilize the offer.
6. Slot Play points will have no cash value and United States currency/coin will not be issued in lieu thereof.
7. In the event of the death of a member, the member’s redeemable points and other benefits that are not entitled to cashback will be cancelled.

Seventy Six VIP Points REDEMPTION

1. The redemption of one thousand (1,000) points is equivalent to $1 in Slot Play
2. Points earned by using point days or point multipliers are eligible for Slot redemption.
3. Only points earned from playing video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, and video blackjack using a Seventy Six VIP card are eligible.
4. Redemption of points for Slot Play is available at designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, and video blackjack.>
5. Seventy Six VIP points redeemed for Slot Play consists of machine credit amounts that are non-cashable and must be played at a gaming device. There is a $5 minimum requirement per transaction to redeem points into Slot Play, with a maximum of $1,000 per day. All redemptions must be done in $5 increments.
6. Seventy Six VIP members must have their confidential PIN to be able to redeem points for Slot Play.
7. Once points are redeemed for Slot Play and it is on the Boarding Pass card, it cannot be reversed.

Seventy Six VIP Status Credit Structure

1. Based upon the number of Seventy Six VIP credits earned during a six month time period, members may also be eligible for additional awards as determined by the Seventy Six VIP Status Credit Structure. Earning more credits will qualify members to reach higher rewards.
2. Seventy Six VIP point days, multiplier offers and other Seventy Six VIP point adjustment offers will not be counted towards the Seventy Six VIP Status Credit Structure.
3. Attaining a Seventy Six VIP Status provides additional Seventy Six VIP program offers and benefits to the member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Station Casinos in its sole discretion for either individual Seventy Six VIP members or all Seventy Six VIP members.
4. Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the applicable current and valid status level Seventy Six VIP Card along with photo identification acceptable by Station Casinos at time of redemption.
